SMD 3838 RGB LED Strip (12 V – 14.4 W/m, IP65) is a high-density 120 LED/m RGB strip with a silicone coating to protect against dust and water splashes. Ideal for covered outdoor areas, kitchens, bathrooms, under-cabinet, signage and feature lighting where moisture protection is needed.

Colour output
RGB strip (Red / Green / Blue) mixes colours to create a wide range of shades including purple, cyan, orange, white and more. For best results, use a quality RGB controller.

Controller / dimming
This is a constant-voltage 12 V RGB LED strip. For colour control and dimming, use a compatible 12 V RGB controller. For on/off operation you can connect it to a suitable 12 V constant-voltage power supply.

Powering longer runs
For lengths beyond 5 m, power the strip from both ends to maintain brightness and colour consistency. At 12 V the current draw is double that of a 24 V strip, so voltage drop is greater — keep runs short or inject power more often.
